My journey in strength and conditioning began through my own challenges as a collegiate baseball player. After experiencing multiple arm surgeries that ended my playing career, I discovered the transformative power of evidence-based training and corrective exercise. This personal experience of injury and recovery, combined with my clinical and performance background at Penn State and Cressey Sports Performance, shaped my transition into human performance and my mission to help athletes not just recover, but thrive through individualized, science-backed programming.
